RULES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA LEGAL COMPANY "ADALET"

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

1.1. These rules for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the rules), adopted by Umeroja & Partners Law Firm (copyright holder of the Adalet Law Firm) (hereinafter referred to as Adalet Law Firm), defines the basic principles, goals, procedure and conditions for processing personal data of site visitors, measures to ensure the safety and protection of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. These rules are developed in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the state of Ukraine in the field of personal data and are published for unrestricted access on the website of the law firm "Adalet" at: www.adalet.com.ua.

1.3. The concepts used in these rules are interpreted in accordance with their definition in the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (hereinafter referred to as the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI).

1.4. According to the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI, the owner of personal data processes them on the basis of paragraphs 1 and 3 of part 1 of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI, namely in connection with the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data, as well as the conclusion and execution of the transaction party to which the subject of personal data is a party or which is concluded in favor of the subject of personal data or for the implementation of activities preceding the conclusion of a transaction at the request of the subject of personal data.

1.5. Law firm "Adalet" guarantees confidentiality in relation to the received personal data, taking into account the provisions of these rules and undertakes to use them only for the purposes specified in these rules.

1.6. The provisions on personal data not regulated by these rules for the processing of personal data are governed by the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI.

2. CONCEPT AND COMPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA:

2.1. The list of personal data subject to protection in the law firm "Adalet" is formed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI.

2.2. Law Firm "Adalet" processes and protects personal data (including last name, first name, place of work, position, contact phone number, e-mail address, etc.) of visitors to the website of Law Firm "Adalet" at the address: www.adalet.com.ua (hereinafter in the text - the site), as well as personal data arriving at the corporate mail address of the law firm "Adalet" ending with @ adalet.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the corporate mail), subjects who have expressed their consent to the processing of personal data (in hereinafter referred to as consent) by sending information through the selected forms (hereinafter referred to as forms) on the website pages or by sending an e-mail. The moment of acceptance of consent is marking the corresponding field in the form and clicking on the submit form button on any page of the site, as well as clicking on the button for sending an email,

2.3. The consent of a site visitor is understood as a conscious, informed and voluntary declaration of will to grant permission to process his personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing, expressed in writing or in a form, which makes it possible to conclude that consent has been granted.

2.4. While browsing the website of the law firm, reading texts and downloading other information, certain data about the technical means from which the visitor of the website views the website of the law firm "Adalet" is automatically registered. When browsing the website, Adalet Law Firm collects the following information:

-  date and time of visiting the site;

-  the number of pages visited, their titles, as well as the duration of viewing;

- the number of pages visited, their titles, as well as the duration of viewing;

- type of browser and operating system;

- URL of the site from which the transition was made.

2.5. The site visitor is notified that the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and distribution (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.

2.6.  A site visitor is understood to mean any person who visits, views or other actions that the visitor performs on the site of the law firm "Adalet", as well as the use of information that is on the specified site.

3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:

3.1. The processing of personal data of site visitors is carried out for such purposes as:

- sending reference and marketing information to site visitors by sending messages to the email address specified by site visitors;

- providing visitors with an opportunity for feedback with the law firm "Adalet";

- providing site visitors with consultations on issues related to the services provided for the purpose of marketing activities and support of site visitors, as well as for other purposes that do not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine and the terms of agreements between Adalet Law Company and the relevant site visitors.

4. PRINCIPLES AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:

4.1.The processing of personal data by Law Firm "Adalet" is based on the following principles:

- legality and fair basis;

- limiting the achievement of specific, predetermined and legitimate goals;

- preventing the processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data;

- preventing the unification of databases containing personal data, the processing of which is carried out for purposes incompatible with each other;

- the content and volume of the processed personal data must correspond to the stated purposes of the processing;

- storage of personal data is carried out in a form that makes it possible to determine the subject of personal data, no longer than the purpose of processing personal data requires, if the storage period of personal data is not established by the Laws of Ukraine, by an agreement, a party to which, a beneficiary or a guarantor to which the subject of personal data is ;

- other principles stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data.

4.2. The legal company processes personal data if at least one of the conditions is met:

- the subject of personal data has consented to the processing of personal data;

- processing of personal data is necessary for the implementation of the rights and legitimate interests of the law firm "Adalet" to achieve socially significant goals, provided that this does not violate the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data;

- the processing of personal data is carried out for statistical or other research purposes, subject to the mandatory depersonalization of personal data;

- other conditions stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT:

5.1. The personal data subject has the right:

- demand clarification of your personal data, their updating, blocking or destruction;

- receive a list of your personal data processed by the law firm "Adalet", the source of their receipt, information on the processing time of your personal data, including the storage period, and other information about the processing of your personal data;

- require notification of all persons who have previously been informed of his incorrect or incomplete personal data of all corrections or additions made;

- present a reasoned demand to change or destroy your personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;

- to appeal in accordance with the established procedure unlawful actions or omissions in the processing of his personal data;

- make reservations about limiting the right to process your personal data when giving consent;

- to be protected from an automated solution that has legal implications for it;

- know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or give an appropriate order to receive this information to persons authorized by him, except as otherwise provided by law;

- know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

- access to your personal data;

- receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as otherwise provided by law, an answer about the processing of his personal data, and also receive the content of such personal data;

- present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data.

5.2. Site visitors undertake to provide only reliable information about themselves.

5.3. Consent to the processing of personal data is issued by the visitor for the entire period required by the law firm "Adalet" to achieve the processing goals.

5.4. Personal non-property rights to the personal data of a site visitor, which each person possesses, are inalienable and inviolable..

5.5. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked by the visitor by sending a written application to the address of the law firm "Adalet": Ukraine, 79005, Lviv, Ivana Franka Street, 16 or to the corporate mail address indicated on the website (@ adalet.com.ua) using electronic digital signature of the visitor.

5.6. Persons who have transferred information to the law firm "Adalet" through the website about another subject of personal data, without having the consent of the subject whose personal data were transferred, are responsible in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ADALET LEGAL COMPANY:

6.1. The Law Firm "Adalet" never requests information from a website visitor about their race, nationality, political views, religious and philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, as well as data relating to health, intimate life, biometric and genetic data of the visitor. site.

6.2. In the course of processing personal data, Adalet Law Firm has the right to carry out: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal visitor data.

6.3. In case of participation of visitors in events organized by the Law Firm "Adalet", the latter has the right to disclose the relevant personal data of visitors to persons participating in the organization of such an event.

6.4. Law Firm "Adalet" has no right to transfer personal data of website visitors to a third party with the exception of the following persons:

- authorized state bodies within the framework of their powers;

- persons to whom Adalet Law Firm is obliged to transfer them in order to comply with the legislation of Ukraine;

- persons to whom Adalet Law Firm transfers personal data for the purpose of executing an agreement with the subject of personal data;

- persons to whom Adalet Law Firm entrusts the processing of personal data;

- persons to whom Adalet Law Firm entrusts the processing of personal data;

- other persons, with the consent of the subject of personal data.

6.5.  Legal company "Adalet" has no right to disclose personal data of a site visitor for commercial purposes without his consent. The processing of a visitor's personal data in order to promote goods, works, services on the market by making direct contacts with a potential consumer using communication means is allowed only with the prior consent of the visitor.

6.6. Law firm "Adalet" undertakes to warn the persons who received the personal data of the visitor that these data can be used only for the purposes for which they are communicated, and to demand from these persons confirmation that this rule has been observed.

6.7. Persons who have received the personal data of the visitor are obliged to observe the secrecy (confidentiality) regime.

6.8. Law Firm "Adalet" processes and takes measures to protect the personal data of site visitors in accordance with the provisions of these rules, as well as other documents issued by Law Firm "Adalet".

7. ENSURING THE PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA:

7.1. Adalet Law Firm applies appropriate technological and operational security standards to protect the information provided by site visitors from unauthorized access, disclosure, distortion, blocking or destruction.

7.2. The measures applied in the law firm "Adalet" include:

- appointment of a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data;

- application of legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data;

-  assessment of the harm that may be caused to the subjects of personal data in case of violation of the requirements of the law, the ratio of harm and security measures taken by Law Company "Adalet";

- the use of guarded premises with limited access to accommodate servers of personal data information systems, as well as the use of lockable cabinets for storing paper carriers of personal data;

- familiarization of the employees of the law firm "Adalet", who directly process personal data, with the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine on personal data;

- control over the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data.

7.3. Access to personal data is provided only to authorized employees of Adalet Law Firm, who have undertaken to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

8. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA:

8.1. The personal data of site visitors are stored for the period necessary for the purposes for which such data were provided or during the period provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. Upon reaching the goals / expiration of the period for processing personal data, the personal data of site visitors are destroyed.

9. MAGAZINE INFORMATION, TECHNOLOGIES "COOKIES" AND "WEB BEACONS":

9.1. The website of the law firm "Adalet" collects typical information of the session log, including the IP address, type and language of the browser, as well as data on the time of visit and the address of the websites from which the links were followed. In order to ensure effective site management and help in customizing the user interface, Adalet Law Firm may use cookies (small text files stored in the visitor's browser) or web beacons (web beacons - electronic images) in conjunction with tracking pixels (pixels tracking), which allow the site to count the number of visitors who have visited a particular page and provide access to certain cookies. The collected sample information is used solely for statistical purposes. Law firm "Adalet" does not use personal data for the purpose of personally identifying any of its visitors. However, when authorizing registered visitors to the website of the Law Firm, Adalet may use this information in combination with information obtained through data analysis tools and cookies in order to analyze how visitors use the website.

9.2. By using the site, the visitor agrees that LCC "Adalet" can download cookies to the visitor's device in accordance with the conditions described above.

9.3. The visitor has the ability to manage cookies by accessing the browser settings. If you delete cookies, all data about the visitor's preferences, including the preference to refuse the use of cookies, will be deleted. If cookies are blocked, changes may be reflected in the user interface, and some components of the site may become inaccessible.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS:

10.1. These rules are subject to change or addition in cases of making appropriate changes or additions to the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data, and can also be changed at any time at the discretion of the law firm "Adalet". The current version of the rules in the law firm "Adalet" is always available for viewing by an unlimited number of persons on the website at the permanent address: www.adalet.com.ua.

10.2. All relations with the participation of Law Firm "Adalet", concerning the processing and protection of personal data and not directly reflected in these rules, are regulated in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data.

10.3. Violation of these rules for the processing of personal data, as well as the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data, entails the responsibility established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

10.4. Control over the fulfillment of the requirements of these rules is carried out by the person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data of the law firm "Adalet".
